Resident Feedback

I greatly enjoy living at Somerset Place. The units are well updated and very spacious. There are washers and dryers on every floor which is very convenient. Although the rooftop patio is a bit small, it provides a great space in the summer to have a drink with friends and enjoy the weather. The staff is very responsive and has been enjoyable to interact with so far.

I’ve lived here for the past 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time in the apartment / building. Amenities are solid, maintenance requests are taken care of in a super timely manner, and I feel totally at home here. Proximity to the CTA and buses, as well as grocery stores, restaurants and bars is a huge bonus - plus Andersonville and Edgewater are super walkable.
- Sophia H. (3.5 Stars)

Living at Somerset has been nothing short of great. The staff and building/location have met all my expectations and everything has always been kept up and maintained to the highest levels.
- Christopher M. (5 Stars)

Updated building with all the amenities! The desk and office staff are friendly. Maintenance is responsive and thorough. My floor is quiet and common spaces are clean.
- Lauretta W. (4 Stars)

I have loved living here! The amenities are wonderful, the lobby is great to do work from, and the staff is always kind and helpful. One of my favorite things about Somerset is the party room.
- Zehra G. (5 Stars)

It has been a great living experience going on my fourth year, and loving it. Great location, incredible service, and staff. A 10/10 for a local Uptown, Chicago, long-term resident.
