Maintenance

We paint, punch (repair any maintenance issues), clean or replace carpet/planks, and clean the apartment.

Our maintenance staff is onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:30pm, but we have 24-hour on call emergency maintenance.

No. You do not need to be present for work orders to be completed.

You can either call the leasing office or go online and put a work order for the things that need repair. We prefer that you log into the RentCafé Portal and enter your maintenance request. You can also contact the Leasing Office via telephone and we will write up a work order.

You can call Emergency Maintenance if it's after hours. If it's during office hours, you can stop by the office and we will let you use your key but you have to return it. You may call the Leasing Office during business hours or Emergency Maintenance after business hours. We will need to verify your identity and that you are an authorized leaseholder or occupant. You will be charged a fee for this service.

Amenities

24-hour fitness center, party room, sky deck, Wi-Fi in common areas, free in-unit internet, laundry & trash chute access on every floor, indoor & outdoor bike racks, storage lockers, elevators, and key fob access entry are a few of the amenities we offer.

Parking spots rent for $200.00 per month. Please contact the leasing office for availability.

Sky deck is opened to all residents between the months of May and October.

We are pet friendly, however we do have weight and breed restrictions along with additional fees. We will make reasonable accommodations for assistance animals.

Refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven combo, dishwasher come standard in our units.

Yes, we offer furnished apaprtments and our sister property Park Heights by the Lake does also.

24-48 hours, however can take longer depending on when verifications are received back.

Admin

Online (through our RentCafé App) money order, debit or credit card (in the office in person). The preferred method of payment is through RentCafé, which accepts both ACH or credit/debit card. We also accept check, credit/debit, or money order in the leasing.

Yes, we require all residents to provide proof of renter's insurance upon move-in.

Internet is provided for free through Everywhere Wireless. Our only cable provider is AT&T U-Verse.

Early termination fee is equal to one month's rent and would require a 60-day written notice.

Water, sewage, trash, and recycling are included in rent..

Electricity is setup directly through ComEd.

No, the minimum term we offer is six months.

Buses: 151, 146 & 147 are all within a 2 block radius. Argyle Red Line station is 2 blocks West.
