Maintenance

Our team inspects your apartment to ensure it is well-maintained. Additionally, we schedule the apartment to be professionally cleaned from the previous resident. Should something have been missed, we ask residents to immediately contact our office to resolve the issue.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance during office hours and 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Residents may either submit a service request at any time using their online portal or contact our office to create a service request on their behalf. For emergencies, contact the office.

No, you do not need to be present for our service technician to perform work. Our team will provide notification of being in your apartment. If you would like to be present, please make sure you notify us.

During office hours, please contact or stop by the office if locked out of your apartment. After hours, please contact emergency maintenance. A lockout fee will be assessed.

Amenities

Yes, we offer reserved parking spots for $200/month. Please contact the leasing office for availability. There is also street parking located around the community.

Our community is host to a wide range of amenities residents may enjoy such as a 24-Hour Fitness Center, Party Room, Skydeck, Resident Lounge, Wi-Fi in Common Areas, Free In-Unit Internet, Laundry & Trash Chute Access on Every Floor, Indoor & Outdoor Bike Racks, Storage Lockers, Controlled Intercom Building Access, and is Within Walking Distance of Lake Michigan.

Yes, our community is pet friendly. We love to see our furry residents!

Our community provides a complete appliance package, including: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.

Yes, we offer furnished apartments as well as our sister property, Park Heights by the Lake.

Our team strives to approve applications within 48-72 hours upon submission of a completed application.

No, the minimum term we offer is six months.

We require 3x the monthly rental amount.

No, you must be at least 18 years old to be considered as a leaseholder.

Yes, we require all residents to provide proof of renter's insurance upon move-in.

Our community supports Zentro Internet for our internet services. The basic plan is included in the rent, but residents will need to purchase a router. To set up your service, purchase a router, or upgrade internet services, call Zentro at 877-936-8761 or click here.

Water, sewage, trash, recycling, and internet are included in rent.

Electric can be set up by calling ComEd at 800-334-7661 or by visiting their website.

You may pay rent online through your portal with debit, credit, checking or savings account. You may also pay by check or certified funds in the office.

Yes, a resident may end their lease early if needed, but an early termination fee outline in the lease agreement would be owed along with a 60-day intent to vacate notice.

No, the pet fee does not cover any damages at move out. This is a fee rather than a deposit.

Residents of our community attend McCutcheon Elementary School and Nicholas Senn High School. 

Head north on US-41 N/Lake Shore Dr. then take the Foster Ave. exit. Use any lane to turn left onto W Foster Ave. then in 0.3 miles, turn left onto N Sheridan Rd. In 0.2 miles, our community will be on the left. We are located at 5009 North Sheridan Road, Chicago, IL 60640 at the intersection of N Sheridan Rd and W Argyle St.
