We welcome your companions at Somerset Place! We allow up to 2 pets per apartment with a maximum weight of 40 lbs per pet. Pet fees include a $350 one-time pet fee, plus monthly rent of $30 per cat and $55 per dog. Please reach out to our office for breed restrictions.
